Had a great time in our hotel during our city break. We really loved how cozy and clean the rooms were, it was really nice to come back to after a long day of exploring the city. Another plus is how close the hotel is to a lot of restaurants and local shops, making it really easy to grab a bite after a long day of walking. One of the best things about the hotel is the amazing view from our room. We really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful cityscape every morning.

the front desk staff didn't speak much English, which made the check-in and payment process a bit difficult.

the room was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. the bathroom was spacious and equipped with modern amenities, and the service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. the breakfast selection was fantastic and had plenty of options for every taste.

Although the hotel was excellent overall, we did experience a minor inconvenience with the language barrier at the front desk, which caused a bit of confusion upon arrival.

The room I stayed in was very cozy and absolutely clean. the hotel was situated in a great location, offering easy access to many attractions around the city. Another advantage I enjoyed was the friendly staff at the restaurant who always made sure that I had my favorite dishes.

The front desk staff at the hotel didn't speak a word of English beyond basic words, which made communicating with them quite confusing and frustrating. They even attempted to put me in a cheaper room instead of the one I had booked, resulting in a long check-in process that took more than two hours.

I had a fabulous time at this luxurious hotel. the staff provided me with exclusive amenities which was a perfect way to begin my ultimate stay. the indoor swimming pool and restaurant were perfect for my needs. I loved how private facilities were available. the location advantages were great, and I was able to maneuver the area with ease.

The service was fantastic for the most part. the only minor issue I had was the front desk staff had difficulty communicating in English which caused me some confusion, but nothing that couldn't be solved.
